Livora Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Livora mobile application ("App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Livora, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the developers of Livora.


2. Description of the Service

Livora is a makeup-related mobile application powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI) that allows users to upload images for makeup analysis, visualization, and similar cosmetic features.

- The App uses AI algorithms to generate makeup visualizations.

- The generated images and recommendations are for informational, entertainment, and cosmetic purposes only.

- The App does not provide medical, dermatological, or professional advice.


3. User Content and AI Usage

3.1. Uploading Content

You may upload images containing facial data to the App for analysis, visualization, and history tracking purposes. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you upload.


3.2. Ownership

You retain full ownership of the images you upload. Livora does not claim ownership of your original photos.


3.3. AI Processing License

By using the App, you grant Livora a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process, analyze, and store your uploaded images solely for the specific purpose of providing the App's functionalities, such as generating makeup visualizations and displaying your history.


3.4. Data Handling

- Your images are processed securely and stored in our encrypted database to enable history features.

- You accept that your content will be processed by our AI algorithms.

- We strictly guarantee that your uploaded images are NOT shared, sold, or rented to third parties.


4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

- Use the App for any illegal, unauthorized, or fraudulent purpose.

- Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or offensive.

- Upload photos of others without their explicit consent.

- Attempt to disrupt, damage, or compromise the integrity of the App or its systems.

- Reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or misuse the App or its underlying AI models.


5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, design, logos, AI models, algorithms, and software related to Livora are owned by or licensed to Livora and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written permission.


6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem inappropriate.

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting your account and removing the App from your device.


7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

- We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fully accurate.

- AI-generated results are simulations and may not perfectly reflect real-world makeup application.

- We are not responsible for any decisions made based on the App's recommendations.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Livora and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including but not limited to damages for loss of data, privacy, or other intangible losses.


9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately when posted within the App or on our official website. Continued use of the App after any such changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.


10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
