Livora Privacy Policy

Thank you for using Livora.

This Privacy Policy explains how Livora collects, uses, stores, and protects user information, including face data, when you use the Livora mobile application (“App”).

  1. Information We Collect

1.1 Face Data and User-Provided Images

Livora allows users to upload photos that may contain facial features for AI-based makeup visualization.

The face data we collect includes:

  • User-uploaded photos containing a face

  • Facial landmarks extracted temporarily from the image (such as face contours, eyes, lips, and nose regions)

This data is provided voluntarily by the user and is required for the core functionality of the App.

1.2 How Face Data Is Processed

Uploaded images are securely transmitted to Livora’s own backend servers.
AI-based image generation and makeup visualization are performed on Livora’s self-hosted AI infrastructure (Google Nano Banana Pro running on Livora-owned servers).

Face data is processed only to:

  • Analyze facial landmarks

  • Apply virtual makeup effects

  • Generate personalized makeup visualization images

Face data is not used for identity recognition, authentication, or user verification.

1.3 Other Information

We may collect limited non-personal information such as:

  • Device identifiers

  • App usage data

  • Crash and performance logs

This data is used solely to improve app stability and user experience.

  1. How We Use Information

We use collected data exclusively to:

  • Provide makeup visualization and AI image generation features

  • Display generated images in the user’s personal history

  • Improve application performance and reliability

Face data is never used for advertising, tracking, or profiling purposes.

  1. Data Storage and Retention

User-uploaded images and generated images are stored securely in Firebase cloud storage to allow users to access their history.

Retention policy:

  • Images are stored only while the user chooses to keep them

  • Users can delete individual images or their entire history at any time within the App

  • Deleted images are permanently removed from active servers

If a user deletes their account or content, associated face data is deleted without delay.

  1. Data Sharing and Third Parties

Livora does not sell, rent, or share face data with third parties.

  • No advertising partners receive any face data

  • No external AI providers receive user images

  • Face data is not used to train public or third-party AI models

All AI processing is performed on Livora-controlled servers.

  1. Data Security

We apply industry-standard security measures, including:

  • Encrypted data transmission

  • Secure cloud storage

  • Restricted internal access controls

User images are private and accessible only by the user within the App.

  1. User Rights and Control

Users have full control over their data:

  • View uploaded and generated images

  • Delete content at any time

  • Stop using the App at any time

  1. Children’s Privacy

Livora is not intended for users under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect data from children.

  1. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
